I've been taking 37.5 for two weeks and now 75 for 4 days. I was able to sleep, a bit too much at the lower dose for the first week and then got insomnia. Does the insomnia go away after enough time? I take effexor xr at night, am tired but can't sleep. During the day I am extremely tired. Does the insomnia go away once my body is used to the med. I am taking it for anxiety. Thanks for any advice.
