HEY ALL,
Am loving coming on here to check up on the posts.
You guys are the best! What to do at 2:00am...
Can't go anywhere, everything's shut...
Can't sleep for the life of me.Thanx for your feedback on me stopping Li+
To the man in-the-know: Ron, I have just spent an hour on the net and bought myself some goodies, but didn't spend too much money... thus solidifying your input that I am not manic!Loved Maxime's analogy of "follow the yellow brick road" but I haven't been able to get the bloomin song out of my head all day.
I did skip up to the local shops today, but minus the red shoes! What to do...
Maybe I'll go and cut the grass.I've got an appointment with the P.doc next week. I wonder what he'll say...
Maybe he'll say:
"Dorothy, i'm taking you straight to Kansas."
(Kansas being that horrible place, which kills your creativity.)My eyes are wide awake and I haven't a clue what to do next. Maybe I can attatch a torch to a cap, so that I can see the garden. I'll make it so it has checks on it, just like Wimbledon.
Thanx for lending me your ears.
"Friends, Romans and Countrymen, lend me your ears." 10 points to anyone who can tell me where that quote is from. Clue: it's not from the Wizard of Oz!!!Take care and stay well and a big smile to anyone who is laking energy.. I'm beeming some to you!

Hey Tay,
> What to do at 2:00am...
> Can't go anywhere, everything's shut...
> Can't sleep for the life of me.Is this insomnia an every night ordeal? Were you sleeping better when you were taking lithium? As you know, lack of sleep can cause mania (or hypomania). It can also be a symptom of mania/hypomania.
> Thanx for your feedback on me stopping Li+
> To the man in-the-know: Ron, I have just spent an hour on the net and bought myself some goodies, but didn't spend too much money... thus solidifying your input that I am not manic!First, thank you for the kind words but I think you have me confused with someone else. There are several people on this board that are in-the-know, but I don't happen to be one of them. Second, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I also said that if you continue without a moodstabilizer you are at high risk of cycling into mania (hypomania) and depression.
> I've got an appointment with the P.doc next week. I wonder what he'll say...
No need to wonder; he'll strongly urge you to bring a moodstabilizer on board.
Best wishes Tay. You're a neat young lady.
