Also, does anyone take their entire Parnate dose at once (as opposed to splitting dose and taking twice a day)? I am wondering if their is any therapeutic benefit to dividing the dose or if it's done just to minimize side effects.
Thanks

I HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN ALL OF IT IN THE MORNING. 7 YRS. HOWEVER NO HARM IN TRYING, MIGHT GIVE YOU A SECOND LIFT--BYUT THERES THE INSOMNIA TENDENCY.
THEN IN THE MORNING I CAN BARELY FEEL HUMAN TILL I TAKE PARNATE & IT KICKS IN.> Also, does anyone take their entire Parnate dose at once (as opposed to splitting dose and taking twice a day)?
