Lexapro gave me that feeling at first, but it went away after a few weeks.

I had something like that with Celexa (on a very low dose, 10mg?) - I was close to a out-of-body experience at one point. I had to discontinue after a few days, partly because of the extreme anxiety, but partly also because I was getting liver-toxic symptoms from its combination with other meds (Serzone & Trazodone).

Prozac did that to me, and it never went away, even after months of use at various doses. Zoloft was much worse, even at a tiny dose. My pdoc says I'm probably just one of those people who can't tolerate SSRIs, and recommends that I avoid them. I agree. But they do work very well for some people -- we're all different.
