How long were you on the 3 mg. Rivotril (Klonopin)? If you dropped your dose without gradual reductions, you might be experiencing withdrawal effects from that. I developed very unpleasant anxiety/insomnia just going from 3.75 to 3.50 mg. Klonopin.
You're also taking ADs as well, so as the previous poster said, check with your pdoc. Good luck.

I'm not experienced with Effexor, but it's notorious for withdrawal. And, a sudden drop in dosage of Rivotril (= clonazepam = Klonopin) could also induce withdrawal, and even be dangerous, especially if you've been on it for a while.
I should add that, as a fellow anxiety sufferer, Zoloft caused extreme mood swings for me and I had to discontinue it quickly (I was on a very low dose).
I agree that you need a doctor's advice as soon as possible.

withdrawal from effexor was one of the worst feelings ever for me. you can't stop it quickly. your doc can help.
to reiterate, call your doctor.
