this realization makes me SO sad :(
i have found that since i started taking lexapro, i cannot handle chocolate. it makes me feel like i want to jump out of my skin and run screaming. i feel extremely anxious, twitchy, shaky, and nervous.this really breaks my heart, as chocolate was really the only thing that would soothe my pms symptoms, and now i cant even THINK about it without getting antsy.
is this normal???

i know this sounds crazy - and i should be very thankful that im not binging or craving sweets anymore, because im not - but i dont have any 'comfort' activity to replace it. i guess i have been struggling with bulimia for the majority of my life that now that its going away i feel lost...
im working thru this with my counselor....:(
