Is there a big difference between the extended release Adderall and the regular Adderall? I have been taking the regular Adderall and after a couple hours it starts to make me very sleepy. Adderall seems to make me moody too but it does help my ADD.
Thanks

Hi Lynne,
I take the Adderall XR for fatigue, not ADD, but the two biggest things I've noticed about it is the highs and lows are a lot less intense, you feel a lot more "leveled out" for the 8-12 hours. And I had a hard time with the regular version causing an irritated stomach, that doesn't happen with the XR with me.
I hope this helps a little.
