All of the ssris cause these problems for me so I am forced to switch to agents like remeron serzone trazodone and wellbutrin. I am now taking 60 mg of remeron and it works great for depression and anxiety(just as good as the ssris too) I have no sedation either. My libido has decreased though and I am search for an answer on why this would happen without causing EPS side effects (for me any med that causes EPS will also cause bad sexual side effects-dopamine down regulation probably) so why would remeron cause decresed libido at 60 mgs?
