Hey guys... When you increase the dose of Nardil, do you have to wait ~4 weeks each time you increase for the full effects, or does it happen faster? ex: I'm on 60mg/4 weeks... good results, but I want to try 75 or 90. Do I have to wait that long after increasing? Is it safe to increase from 60 to 90? Thanks all...

if you have social anxiety you should bump to atleast 75....... i would go 75 for a week then to 90.... You might notice new side effects at 75 though... thats when I experienced anorgasmia
