wait a minute, you just mentioned you had been at 7.5mg b/c it had less sedation than 15mg. Most find this to be true. However, many also find 30mg less sedating than 15mg. Usually, one starts out at 30mg for a couple of weeks to see if the sedation wears away. If not, then they up it to 45.
I'm curious to see whether you've have had a comparison b/t 30mg and 7.5 mg? Want to maybe try a low dose at 7.5 mg to see how much of the sedation goes away without undercutting too much of the antidepressant effect. Any thoughts?
Oh, as for taking it in the AM, it's my opinion that it wouldn't help, but will only make it harder to get through the rest of the day. How bout taking all or half of the dose earlier in the evening?
