I take 20 mg of Lexapro daily. I seem to be having some chest pains lately and arm pain. I think I am just stressing because if I take a clonazepam, I feel better. Anyone else had this problem? If so, did you stop taking the Lexapro because of it? What are the withdrawal symptoms of Lex? If I decide to stop, can I just stop cold turkey? Thanks.

I haven't taken Lexapro, but I have taken Celexa and other SSRI's and yes, I have had chest pain from all of them. Stopping the medication stopped the chest pain. I now take a reasonable dose of a TCA (doxepin) which has minimal side effects for me.
