My doc and me discussed today that instead of wasting 4 weeks on 105mg, we will just do 4 weeks on 120mg. But we both agreed NO HIGHER THAN THIS.
I must say I have heard of much, much higher doses than 120mg. Nardil still has therapeutic effect at 150mg+
Any opinions?

As a long time Nardil consumer (only went up to 90 mg/diem, I believe), I have heard of 105 and MAYBE 120 mg. (I'm not on it anymore as of last summer because of my 3rd hypertensive crisis, this time w/ documented intercranial hemorrhage).
But yes, Nardil was great for years; but as always, YMMV. But I wanted to point you to a precautionary post (or 3..) about hypertensive crises; and to secure yourself a plan JUST IN CASE something goes wrong. Not to scare you off of it; just to help you investigate with your doctor what to do in case of ...

>Thanks for your concern Nick. After my second dose (of 45mg) felt a little drowsy...but no BP spike or anything. I reccomend more people go beyond 90mg -- because the theraputic effects are even more so at that range. I think they stop around 150mg.
I'm not too concerned - I've heard of 240mg Nardil and 400mg Zoloft being taken.
The 90mg max is only gleaned from a few clinical trials and theoretical concerns,
