Is there anything to treat s.disfunction that cause this drug? Im only at 75mg and I would not like to think what would happen if I raise the dose.

drug holiday's......take it during the day then go to sleep and don't take it the next day and that night you should feel your libido kick in a little more in time for the big show. I used to sometimes not even take the med for two days. This was at 150MG of Effexor XR.

How long have you been at 75? I am at 75 with no sexual dysfunction (and i get it on everything). Thing is... I got the anorgasmia even at 37.5 but after a month it went away. I'm wondering if I could go higher.

In my case the sexual dysfunction was the same at 75 as 225
But after few months the dysfunction is not so severe...but orgasm can be poor So I think is it worth it : )so usually missing a pill fixes that/or taking it late .At the start of taking the med my pdoc gave me buspirone to help.
As for libido it hasn't affected that

I haven't experienced any s. effects since using Effexor in the past AND starting it again a few days ago. I am also on 75mg I know this probably doesn't help, but I don't mean to, I just wanted to share. Can you talk to your doc? Have you been on any other AD's? Maybe a switch will help. I was on Celexa and I had no sex drive and I was in a great relationship-bummer huh? I'm sorry and I hope it gets better for you.

I've done this too. I skip a day and the side effects subside-without compromising my depression. Good point Tommy:-)
