Wow, this board has been so busy our posts are almost to the top now. Tonight I am going to drop my 50 mgs. Zoloft down to 25 mgs. and see if that helps at all. I see the pdoc on Friday thankfully. I am hoping she has a plan for me. She's pretty good, so hopefully she will have some idea what to do. I am going to ask her about the Topamax. I definately don't feel as good now without the Remeron. It stinks! It definately does sound like we have very similiar med problems. Like you said, the stimulants definately have their upside and downside. They make me so anti-social. I don't even want to leave my house on them. They make me paranoid. The Zoloft does make me alot more social, which I need. But it is not as good now that the Remeron is gone. It much have been something with the combo between the two that made me feel so good.

Geez, I didn't realize that she had you *double* your Zoloft dose. Wow, I would be hypomanic as hell on that dose, geez how do you sleep at all? No wonder you are having these intense nausea probs. Stims made me antisocial (quiet, aloof, intolerant) as well (with some exception to low-dose dexedrine). IMO, I would pursue the lowered-dose Zoloft (to help the nausea) combined with a little Topamax at bedtime. I must admit that I slept quite well on Topamax.

Sounds like a good plan! Hopefully my pdoc will agree, lol! I'll tell her "Well Ritch's plan is this..." LOL! I think half the people here at this board know twice as much as most of the pdocs. I'll let you know what she says. Thanks for everything!

You could always consider a small dose of Abilify + Zoloft,, I think the anti-depressant affect would be superior!?... Just throwing this idea your way,, GOOD Luck at the appointment.

Don't get *too* enthusiastic ;), your doctor knows you better, and understands how much the Zoloft helps for your anxiety, I just hope you can find a way to either tolerate the Zoloft dose you are on, or possibly reduce it and still feel ok without the nausea. good luck!
