Yes, I decided the four benzodiazepine route was a bit extreme, so now I'm keeping my BuSpar and just added on Luvox today. But I'd like to think ahead... if the Luvox only works partially (as all SSRIs do for me), would it be a good idea to use a dopaminergic to augment it (in light of the information I read on this forum about dopamine possibly being involved in SP)? I've been thinking low-dose Wellbutrin (though it also has that NE action...) or Cylert for the moment. I doubt my pdoc will prescribe a schedule II dopaminergic, though I may as well try. A low dose (2.5mg) of Desoxyn always seemed to have a somewhat positive effect on me.
I'm also considering Abilify, as it is a 5HT1a agonist, and partial agonist at 5HT2a and D2... that (to me) sounds great for SP. Anyway, what do you all think?

I suppose I'd better inform my pdoc that I'm taking Enada (NADH) before I discuss any dopaminergics with him, but I'd still like your opinions. I'm sure Abilify would be all right with Enada (I hope?). And hell, if I have to stop the stuff, whatever. I could always go back on it again; it begins working in just a few days. I just don't want to do the methylphenidate or Adderall thing... Adderall (for some reason) does NOTHING to me, even at a 90mg dose I took once. And Ritalin just makes me too jittery... not necessarily anxious, just uncomfortable.

I have tried all of them combined, luvox, cyclert, wellbutrin and even ritalin with a pinch of klonopin. It did reduce my S.P. I think the cyclert made me tired. Or it reduced my quality of sleep. If were to go back on the cocktail again, I think I would skip the wellbutrin.

Hmm... well sounds to me like either very low dose Dexedrine (2.5mg) every now and then or 5mg Ritalin may be best for me. I've tried 10mg of Ritalin once, and 20mg once by accident. What a horrible four hours that was... but then I really tend to favor downers.
Lower doses don't seem at all problematic though; think I'll give the Dexedrine a shot first (since I haven't tried it before). Desoxyn would be great, but I highly doubt my current pdoc will give me methamphetamine.
