Quick question - Do you eat a lot each day? If so what is a typical day's meals?

I ate a real lot ... had severe carbohydrate cravings. This was a typical day:
Wake up at 4 AM with severe hunger pains. Toss and turn for 2 hours, unable to sleep, still very very hungry. Finally get up at 6 and have a bowl of cereal. Sleep to 7. Get up have a cup of coffee and bagel for breakfast. Severe hunger pains start about 10 AM. Get to lunch about 12 and have a "subway's" sandwich, chips and diet coke. Maybe to the coffee shop after that and have coffee and a brownie. After work, severe hunger pains, maybe buy a 50 cent little debbie brownie. For dinner, some spagetti with salad and diet soda.
I have wondered if some of this is due to the fact that nardil makes my blood sugar low. My finger stick blood glucose is routinely around 70. So maybe this is the body's physiologic way of fighting off hypoglycemia.
So, my portions are too big and too much carbs ... but I have to. I get physical pain without the food. Off the medication, all of that goes away and I lose most of the weight I had gained.

Do you exercise at all? Lifting weights will help burn calories... This really doesn't sound like much food to me.. I had problems with binging on sweets like you wouldn't believe but I think my exercising 3x a week helps me stay at a certain weight

There have been numerous studies concerning the effect of MAO inhibition and the resulting effects on glucose and insulin.

When my schedule allowed, there were periods where I exercised for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. During those periods I did maintain my steady "overweight" frame. I couldn't budge lower 210 lbs. Also, I noticed during these period, my hunger increased tremendously .... making me eat more .... off setting the benefits of the exercise for weight loss. Once again, if I stopped the nardil or even decreased to 52.5 mg per day, I lose all the weight. So it was almost take the good with the bad .... in order to get a good mood, I had to have the weight gain.

Just thought I'd let you guys know -- 2 months on Nardil & the food cravings are coming on. I'm eating a lot of chocolate sweets. Give me a day and I'm through a whole Snickers spread paste. Buying chocolate bars and choc chip muffins too. Looks like my slim body maybe will finally see some meat on it!
