Cereal(muesli)and soymilk, (1) hard boiled egg(omega 3), glass of OJ(fresh), B complex vitamin,10 mg Celexa,10mb Adderall,1000mg flax seed oil.
i take the adderall a few hours later so the acid from the OJ doesn't interfer with it.
(I dont use any caffeine or refined sugar. they cause depression and make you crash.)

As far as OJ goes, I wouldn't sweat it too much, unless you actually notice a difference.
You may notice a difference if you try taking 2 teaspoons of baking soda in 4 oz of water (stirred) 20 minutes prior to taking Adderall, but it's unlikely. Ah, found memories of Desoxyn a few months ago, good ol' baking soda.... mmm...
