Anyone else get massive pupils on Paroxetine or effexor?
If so, how did you manage it if at all?
From day one my pupils get massive and and at least on paroxetine it never went away. On effexor this was a partial contributing factor to stopping before a decent trial period.
It's a really frustrating side effects becuase it makes me look drugged up.

Yes, I too have noticed that my pupils are much larger since day one of taking Celexa. It must have something to do with tricking your brain into thinking it feels happy.

I got the big pupil effect from Celexa as well. It kind of freaked me out at first, but by the time I got used to it and started to like it, since I thought it made my eyes look bigger, my pupils went back to normal. It only lasted a few weeks with me.
If the pills don't effect your eye sight but just your pupil size, I wouldn't worry about it.

I get this on Dex, but it does not consern me.
Seems like we you the only issue is your consern about it and not a medical reason.
