Hello Everyone,
Can I please have feedback on EMDR, the whats,whens, whys, hows. My pdoc keeps bringing this up, so I want to do my own bit of research. Come one come all experiences please :)Thanks,

Hi Prima,
There is a Psycho-Psycho Babble board here that discusses just psychological treatments such as EMDR. I'm not sure how much discussion regarding that have happened since it is a fairly new board here.
You could also try using the search function on this site to look up EMDR. I know I've read a bit about it from these sites in the past.

I've had no experience with EMDR myself, although I have heard of it, and am interested in it. Hope you find some good information on it.
