maybe some one can help me. I started taking lexapro three weeks ago. I swtiched from celexa 15mg which I just started. I started at 10mg and all my anxiety came back. My doctor who is using it lexapro said he was not surprised. its actimg like a new drug. The 10mg did nothing for me .After week my doctor used to 20 mg. I anxiety came down but I started sleeping a lot during the day, just noding off constantly. Did I go up to fast. is there something i can take to stop the sleeping. if sleep all day then I trouble sleeping at night. can some one give me advice, i am taking it for gad and ocd

The Lex made me tired too, so I now take it at night. This has been a help to me. Take care.

how man mg have u been taking i went to 20 mg after one week- doctor just cut it back to 15-

I'm only taking 5mg -- working well for me.
