anybody ever try mirapex plus amisulpride for anything, or is this just a crazy idea considering ones a dopamine agonist and ones a dopamine antagonist. although i wonder if they would have a powerful synergistic effect. also i still havent found anywhere where i can order amisulpride without a prescription. any info would be great.

Hi jon -

I doubt you will get much info here - a few case reports from people here who tried for a short time - or one or two long timers possible but I think there is only one of them who since disappeared ... AndrewB.

Have you considered metaclopramide? It is "safer" than amisulpride - but causes oral dystonia and dyskinesia in many who take it.

Good luck with the antipsychotics.

Hi sorry about that I can see I was overly sarcastic in that post.

My main point though was to check out info on METECLOPRAMIDE because that is the one benzamide which is available in US (used for nausea of all things) - and is likely safer than amisulpride and yet you will see if you research that even METECLOPRAMIDE is highly associated with permanent movement disorders such as tardive dystonia and dyskinesia among others.
