My pdoc has me on Clonazepam, .50 twice a day for anxiety and panic. I've only been on it a week. By mid-afternoon my anxiety returns and then it's a waiting game to take my next prescribed dosage. My question is this, there is 12 hrs between my doses, is this enough to keep the anxiety at bay and am I at the right therapuetic dose to combat anxiety.

I currently take 2mg/day (1mg am, 1pm) and it has worked great for me for about a year now.
Perhaps you would consider upping the dose-that would likely help diminish the lingering anxiety you may feel.
Good luck!
