I tried to access the site (about children) from Dr. Bob's home page but couldn't get there.
I would, however, wish to babble about my 15 year old son. I think he is showing early signs of bi-polar syndrome. He has 2 cousins who are, and a bunch of aunts and uncles. Not to mention his mom, and if the truth were known, probably his dad.
He ran away this week, although he is safe in a neighbor's home now. We are communicating through emails. He thinks better when removed from the immediacy of the situation.
Does anyone have any similar experience?
My own brother committed suicide at age 19. And my son Alex is following his trends. Alex's cousin attempted suicide last year. He survived with help from the hospital intensive care.
I want to help Alex understand what is going on. How can I?
