I have been taking a combo of 20mg prozac and 2x .5 of xanax(split into 4 doses)daily for the last 7weeks.
The last few days I have almost bounded out of bed in the morning (although I only sleep for 3hrs max at a time)I can think straight, I don't get anxious and I can concentrate enough to read and comprehend.
I feel the best I have in years!!!!PLEASE tell me this is going to continue and not poop out.

Try to stay positive and don't rely too much on what the drugs do to other.....if your quality of life is up great, enjoy. The sleeping only 3 hours a night is a bit of a concern, but eventually the prozac will settle in and make you mor sleepy than agitated. Prozac always seem to give you a boost and than a very nice calming effect after a while. You may even be able to use less xanax as your duration of use goes on. The prozac was great for me except for sex....I wish you the best.

I agree with the last post .. sometimes it is
best not to question why, but go with the flow.That's the combo I have been on (with a tad more
xanax) for almost 18 months. So for no poop out.
7 weeks is about when things really started to look
up for me .. and have been good ever since.I couldn't get by on 3 hours of sleep though ..
I need at least 7 hours a night. (Hence the extra
bit of benzo helps me out)good luck ..
