I take zyprexa (20 mg's nightly), wellbutrin (150 mg's daily), and klonopin (3-4 mg's daily). My shrink went up 9from 10 to 20 mg's) on the zyprexa dosage for me to help combatt daytime anxiety, but so far it has not helped. How long (been on 20 mg's since Tuesday night) will it take for this higher dose to kick in and stop the worrying in the daytime?

I believe zyprexa will take upto 2 weeks to reach
a new steady state blood level upon a dosage
increase. Give it 2 weeks and report back.I take 5 mg of zyprexa. I have tinkered with
7.5. Above that it nullifies my emotions. But
damn this med has done wonders for my anxiety,
hostility, sleep. I've even noticed wrinkles
and dark circles disappearing from underneath
my eyes and I have gotton positive complement from
my boss on how much "better" I look. ;)Good luck,
