Well. As an ad on the dosage of Ziprasidone is usually 20 - 40 mg. I heard several clinical recommend this dosage.
I use 20 mg at night, to my regular Litium and venlaflaxine + Mirazepine. This combo is very good, and powerfull.
I´ve also heard that Ziprasidone, in combo with Lithium is often very successful.Take care...
Sincerely
Petter

When I tried it I was on the high end of the dosage - 40 mg BID. I've seen anywhere from 20 to 120 mg/day. I've also read in most of the literature that it should be taken BID but many pdocs seem to be prescribing once a days. I don't know why there is such a discrepency. I would guess that a "normal" starting point should be 20 mg BID.
