Anyone know where I can get a mood chart?

Posted by MM on August 19, 2001, at 2:17:34

Like one I can download or something? I think the depakote is stabilizing me, but I'm not a happy camper. I'm feeling sort of like the old me, but I'm not sure if that's good or not. I wish I had had a mood chart BEFORE I started the depakote, but o well. Thanks.

Thanks to phil for this chart.

I had made one out of MSword chart/rows/colums/bar chart, so, I was doing it before I started depakote. It really showed the difference. But I had made it too complicated.

So when I started the new med I am on, I started hunting for something. I like this one, because I still get the chart (I am a visual person) and I am defining, in myself what the smily faces mean. I recently started a new med, to add to depakote, so I know what you mean, I need to go back and reconstruct the time. I have comments written at least four different places around the house. I am not sure if it is working and want to have something that can validate my feelings and give me some comparisons.

It is hard being confused and needing to organize your thoughts, eh?

Hope this is of help. I would be glad to share the one I made if you want. sicl505hotmail.com

Hi Susan,
I clicked on the link you provided, and it took me to Dr. Weil's website. I didn't see any information about a mood chart, so I did a search with the words "mood chart," and still couldn't find it ... did I do something wrong?

Thanks for the information -- please let me know if I am accessing the wrong site.
