Effexor Wellbutrin Combo Update

Posted by PaintItBlack on August 18, 2001, at 6:50:56

After a week on Effexor XR 37.5 and Wellbutrin SR 100, I can report the results: zombiness. I didn't feel I could safely climb the stairs, nor did I have the motivation to do so. My doctor suspects (I tend to agree) that Wellbutrin caused the problem (because of timing of when side effects were strongest), so we're dropping that. I'll see what happens on Effexor alone.

Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing, as I have been on wellbutrin and getting off of it and going to the effexor. Too many headaches with the willbutrin, and am taking it for migraine, was told that the effexor would work better, or might have to go to an anti seizure medicine. I wish you luck, it is awful to have that feeling....Es
