Hi All,
I took Prozac foir 5 years before it pooped out on me.
Tried Celexa with not much success.I'm thinking Paxil now or Zoloft. I suffer from Depression & Social Anziety. Does anyone have any success stories with Zoloft and / or Paxil ? I have read a lot of the side effects & I'm not really interested in that part (yet) I realize that SSRI's effect people differently & I'm asking for your help because I have not read a lot of success stories with these SSRI's -
Thanks in advance everyone

I switched early on in this adventure from Prozac to Paxil (80mg), 2-3 years ago, then began to augment it with buSpar (presently at 40mg) and it works for me well enough. My pdoc keeps a really close watch and that's not to say it doesn't sometimes get rough. We call those break-through depressions.
I subjectively track my daily average mood on Excel, then make little charts too. It's those charts that probably help the most - Seems that I drop hard into the Pit every 12-14 weeks, for about a week, and knowing that in advance makes quite a bit of difference when the bad days arrive. I don't know what I'd do without the meds.Hope that helps.
