too much zoloft causing mania?

I started taking zoloft 6 weeks ago, and I've ramped up to 100mg of zoloft for the past two weeks, and I'm experiencing manic-like symptoms (over engerized, super talkative,etc). My p-doc said that this indicates that the dosage is too high, and I should switch to 75.

Has anyone had this experience with Zoloft, or any other AD? Just curious.

hmm, I guess I have. My "hypomanias" were more anxious, dysphoric, so I don't really know what they were. It probably happend on all of the SSRI's I took.
