yup started sodium valproate today. this is essentialy depakote init?
I feel sedated.. does this influence effect experiance?
Well, I feel great.. after 8hrs at 600mg. Is this realistic? I know this dont have a 8 week wait like SSRI's. And The closest I come to a diagonsis is possibly Bi-polar II. Is this A good med? I think it is, the reason why I demanded a mood stabiliser.

I think you may be experiencing some temporary relief from anxiety with the valproate, which can immediately. Relief of mania will take 2 weeks and relief from bipolar depression may take 4-6 weeks like SSRIs.
