That's a tricyclic and Topamax kind of thing: http://www.dr-bob.org/tips/split/Word-finding-difficulties-.html

Since Sal says it's a tricyclic thing, I'll tell you what the cognitive impairment of my tricyclic med does to me....

I get confused easily. I used to be able to keep up with 2-3 light conversations at once in a chatroom, now I have to just watch for my name/initials and respond ONLY to whoever's talking to me, cuz otherwise I just get confused. Not overwhelmed, exactly, just CONFUSED.

I'm very forgetful, absentminded. In the beginning I would walk into a room when I was working around the house and forget why I walked in there (I'm 27!) and have to do that 2-3-4 times before I could retain the info from one room to the other. Now it's a little better, I can clean house and things aren't so bad, but I'm still much more forgetful than I used to be.

I'm less articulate too. I stammer and I can't seem to put sentences together when I speak (in the real world). I used to only stammer when I was very excited about something and the rest of the time I was very clear and concise. Now I do it a lot.

Hope this gives you some idea....

Maybe you could go on a more benign tricyclic like desipramine. Or you could try the tetracylcics mirtazapine and maprotiline.
