well its my 5th week on effex...started on 37 then to 75 and now 150(where is stops nobody knows???) but i do feel better but who wouldnt after the nasty nasty side effects! but i am hoping that it will pay off??

Give it some patience.
Where will it stop? Well, for me it's up to 300mg. But then I don't have an adversion to so called "high" dosage. You need what you need. Every one is different. If you feel better at a low dosage then that's right for you. If you feel even better with a higher dosage then that's right for you. Don't worry so much about the numbers. Listen to you body and mind. And if he/she's a good one, your doctor too.

Duh. . .What nasty side effects? Did I hear somebody say we are all different? Wow. On my list of NSE's, Effexor is way at the bottom. Impressive, isn't it!

could you tell me what "nasty side-effects" we're talking about here? am presently on eff.37.5mg, and am supposed to go up to 75mg.
