I am currently taking 20mg a day and have been noticing headaches I was just wondering if this is a common side effect. Also many of the side effects mentioned above seem to be the opposite for me. I guess it is different for everyone.

I had severe headaches for about the first 8 weeks on Celexa. I don't know how long you've been taking it, but for me most of the side effects resolved after 8 weeks. Only thing I still have is loss of libido.
