If you are taking the meds at night, try switching to an AM dosing.

When I was on Zoloft, I had terrible problems with sweating- pretty much all the time, but hot weather was especially bad. I took it in the morning. It was very embarrassing, and I had to change my clothes and take showers often. It got so bad, that I actually thought that I had urinary incontinence and went through a whole UT workup. Finally I realized it was buckets of sweat.

That's one of a few reasons that I went off Zoloft. Sweating is listed in the manufacturer's insert as a possible side effect.

Typically, nightsweats go away if you take the medication in the morning vs. afternoon or evening.
