Thank you for your responses to my post about garlic making me feel less anxious and depressed. The messages were archived so quickly that i had to post this one separately.
vlvt: What you say is so true, LOL. Yeah, one couldn't eat that much garlic every day without some social ramifications.
DarkWind: Thank you for the information on garlic--very helpful. I was originally using it for its antibiotic properties. It worked--I didn't have to take a prescription antibiotic!
By the way, I also remember someone telling me once that the spices in Indian food had a mood-altering effect on them. I thought that was interesting, too.
