Hi
I am trying to find some material about Neurons where the soma (cell body) secrets neurotrasmitters directly, instead of the axon . I'll be grateful if you can find me reference to such material.

Specifically, articles describing dopamine receptors note that dopamine neurons at certain locations release dopamine from the soma (cell body) as well as the synapse at the end of the axon.
