I recently started taking Wellbutrin 75mg and decreased my Celexa 30mg to 20mg. I have regained my sexual functioning- but I still lack the desire to get things started. I have also noticed my attitude towards others has seemed to returned to pre- medication days- just annoyed and irritated.
My worrying has also increased and I'm having some intrusive thoughts - My Dr wrote the script for Wellbutrin for 2x a day.
Think a second dose in the afternoon will help?

You're not even close to a therapeutic dose of wellbutrin (300 mg XR in BID dosing), so I don't know what you expect to get out of Wellbutrin yet.
I'm really fond of Valproate for irritability (its mentioned in the Tips too)--that's what I take. It now has an ER version that is conveniently taken QD.

I mostly want to control my anxiety and keep my mood positive, with sexual function in tact. I am experiencing anxiety and wonder if I'm doing the right thing?
