I want to add this for treatment resistant depression and cycling moods, but will it make me more anhedonic? How does it affect sleep?

I can't imagine how 25 mg would do anything for you mood-wise. {I have been on it for years now}. 50 mg might do something. I think you will find that it has the least side-effects of any drug next to acetaminophen--thus no sleep-disturbances. Ask me more about this...

Hi Katrina,
I think Lamictal can help with depression and cycling, but you might want to get it up to at least 50 mg/day. I take 100mg/day for mood swings and it works great for me. For chronic fatigue syndrome, 25-50mg has shown to be helpful.
Lamictal can make people energetic or drowsy, there's no predicting. At 25mg, you may have no side effects.
