I have been taking Ambien for 4 years. Am I the only one in the world that has taken it this long? No serious side effects (5-10 mgs). Just curious if anyone else has taken it this long?

Cindee,
I will add that I have also taken it on & off for 2 years (mostly on). I try to stay below 5 mg by breaking tablets. I have never had any problems either. I usually stop it in the summer when I ride my bicycle to work (because I am so tired by the time I get home, sleep is rarely a problem).
