I have a question: which medication for anxiety can be used with
Neurontin? I know that Lorazepam that I was taking as needed is contradicted
with Neurontin, and I don't feel good after Xanax.
Is Klonopin the apropriate one? Does it have cognitive side effects?
Thanks. Anna P.

I remember a post from months ago- the poster said the combo of klono and neurontin was very effective for anxiety- the use of both allowing for the reduction in dosage of each.

> Thanks. Anna P. I have been placed on Tranxene and Neurontin, after being up and down on Xanax for years. The pdoc thinks that the Neurontin will help lessen the need for the benzo and give an AD effect, so far, it has helped with the anxiety, but I don't see any AD effect yet..Ted R
