I HAVE BEEN ON THE VIT. E, IRON AND CALCIUM FOR A MONTH AND I FELL MUCH BETTER NOW. THE MOVING OF MY LEGS IS ABOUT 2% OF WHAT WAS AND THE PAIN DID GO WAY. MAY ONLY PROBLEM NOW IS NOT SLEEPING.
SUGESTIONS PLEASE.

> ThanksI AM ON IBUPROFEN FOR SHOULDER PAIN, I DO HAVE MIGRANE AND VERY BAD HEAD ACHES VERY OFTEN, LOWER BACK PAIN MORE ON THE RIGHT SIDE, I DONT TAKE MEDICINE OTHER THAN IBUPR.
NO ALCOHOOL, NO SMOKE.

Ask your doctor if it would be appropriate for you to try clonazepam. It is the least addictive of the benzodiazepines (easy to get off of, even after long periods of use) and one of its main uses is to treat restless leg syndrome while promoting a good night's sleep.
I take half of a 0.5mg tablet each night, and both my wife and I sleep well (I'm not flailing about and keeping her awake).
