I have been diagnosed with nodule goiters---1.2 and 1.5 cm. My thyroid function however is in the low, low normal range. I have struggled with my weight my whole life, and am quite lethargic. I was hoping to try Wellbutrin as an antidepressant. Would it be contraindicated in this case? I'm not comfortable asking my endocrinologist.Dr. Bob? Anyone?

Hi, I know nothing about nodules, but I have a few questions for you:
-May I ask why you aren't comfortable asking your endo?
-What is the treatment for the thyroid illness? Has it helped you feel any better?
-have you been on any ADs --what, how much, what effects, etc.?
