Greetings,
I have a friend who lives in Texas and he goes across the border to get me meds. He just went last week and said the laws had changed.
He used to be able to get three months supply, which would equate to about 200 pills of anything. Now they only allow 50 pills over the border. It is almost not worth the trip now.
Just thought I would post in case anyone was thinking of taking a trip. Maybe the California border might be different?
Blessings,
Peg

James here....These are more loopholes than laws. Part of it is NAFTA and also it is a grey area allowing a doc from another country to perscribe
and therefor legal for you to go back with these meds. I did not have to see a doc when I went to Mexico
I just went to the Rx and got what I needed, no mexican doc was involved, did not mention the meds when I crossed back to the US. I had an infection
and my HMO Rx card was messed up so I was forced to break the law to get what I needed. Too many people go and get Xanax and then
sell it so this loop hole is changing. As it is the US border officals that control this I would suspect it does not matter where
you cross.james
