What are the general e-manners associated with posting? If mutliple people respond to a post, is it more polite to return post to each individually?
Do some people only know you are posting to them if you name them in the title?
If someone provides you with valuable information, is a return post expected to say that the information is appreciated?
What can someone, like myself, do to make a contribution to PB and help others?
I have received some negative feedback and I am looking for ways to add value to this forum, which I consider a great site, awesome! Thank you all for the help you have given me.

Sorry if I was harsh, it was a stressful day.

Don't feel you have to answer everybody, but if
someone really helps, it is nice to say thank you.

I think many people read everything.>

> What can someone, like myself, do to make a contribution to PB and help others?Ask a question, give an opinion, tell what it is like to be on whatever med, ask for help, give support. When someone posts about their situation or how they feel and you can relate, post about this. People need to hear this, often people with mental conditions don't get validation for their feelings. We all need to feel someone understands
how me feel.

> SharHaving both given and received same both on and off-line on occassion, I've found both can be useful for learning, on reflection, in either venue. People are not always kind in all situations and at all times, even here. However if they are thoughtful and generally civil, we can all learn from it, if we so choose.
My choice has been to work on being more consistently civil, but also to continue to vigorously question when and where appropriate, whatever it is I'm focusing on. And sometimes, to just let it be...

Thanks for all of the feedback. I am getting used to e-communicating but it is different. What I am used to is saying something, and even if it doesn't come out right, the person I am talking to can see my face and understand I am sincere. Hugs and smiles help. But online, I often think I am saying something friendly, but it evidently comes across wrong. I must need to optimize my electrons.

I'm just trying to learn, reflect and evolve like most hopefully for the better...bit by bit, day by day, step by step...forward, backward, sideways and what ya know, wherever I go, there I am... ; )
Thanks for helping me on my circular journey...
