Naw, they just have sunshine in Chicago -- at least I think that's what it is. I don't see it too often so I might be wrong.

Or maybe he's just standing in the dark in his kitchen next to his open refrigerator/freezer...someone has finished off the last of the Haagen-Dazs Dulce de leche and boy is he pissed...
