Thanks for the encouragement some time back. The posts on prayer made me cry. Prayer may or may not be scientific. I do know that it works only because someone is on the other end. This is beyond what any finite "scientific" mind can fathom. Janice and Kath, your suggestions for sleep are right on. I am sleeping better now that my macho ADHD 19 year old son is half way across the globe and not in my face. I love him dearly, but sometimes distance causes the heart to grow fonder. I look forward to the calls from 15 time zones away. Karen, I'm glad that you're feeling better. Adjusting hormones can be worthwhile. Scott, I'm sorry you're still struggling. I have some med questions for you which I'll address in another thread. You should be in psychopharmacology and getting paid for it. Please hang in there. The time pressure and mixed states/ultra rapid cycling continue, but are not as intense since going back on lamotrigine. If I missed anyone who took the time and effort to respond to me, please forgive me.
May the Creator and God of all hope give you peace.
My prayers go out for all of you.Blessings,
Chris A.

hi Chris
great to hear from you. I haven't forgotten about you. My brother who reminds me to pray daily has been travelling, so I've been remembering to pray about 3-4 times a week but when I do I never forget yours or Scott's names.
youth + testosterone (sp?) + ADHD is a really annoying combination. Enjoy your peace and stay in touch, Janice
