I have been taking the Effexor XR for 9 days now and I havent experienced any side effects. This is very unusual for me because everything tends to bother me. Has anyone drank while on this? I like to have a few beers on weekends and I wondered what the effects were. Thank you in advance to anyone who would like to comment..

I didn't notice any differences w/alcohol. However, as they say, everyone is different (ymmv) - so it's a good idea to be cautious nonetheless, if you give it a try.
