turn that frown up-side down....to one and all...

Posted by CarolAnn on July 4, 2000, at 10:25:12

Hi ya'll!
Having read all the saddened reactions to all the negative posts, I decided to share one more poem...

And yes, believe it or not, I did actually have a day several months ago, where I was 'up' enough to write the following treacle....entitled:

To the cloud dwellers

Keep believing magic happens,
Keep knowing dreams come true,
Keep wishing on the evening star,
As you are meant to do.

For all the feet firm on the ground,
And all the souls stuck too,
Could use a spark of make-believe,
To loosen up the glue!

The End!
I hope this lightens a moment or two for a person or two. love, CarolAnn

Encore, encore!! Thank you CA! (nm) » CarolAnn

Hi CarolAnn - I LOVE your poems - Thanks for sharing. Do you think you could identify your posts that contain poems? Maybe * at the first or last. I don't have time to read all the posts, so if there was an identifier, I wouldn't miss any of your poems. Just a thought.

Love, Kath

I forgot to say - what a special visualization to Rach on June 18th. I know visualizations can really work to heal us.

I printed a copy & am keeping it for me & for anyone else who I think could benefit.

shar and Kath,
I'm glad you both liked the poem, it's actually one of very few "up" poems I've written. Kath, you haven't missed any poems(just FYI). This was the only one besides the first two, but if I do post any others, I will make sure the subject line says so. Also, Kath, I'm glad that you liked the visualization. I'm not even sure how that came out of me! It started with Rach's post about needing to be held, and it just kept coming and coming, as I typed. A few people have said that it helped them, so I'm glad(whatever the source) it got posted.
love to you both! CarolAnn
