Dr. Bob-whenever (even 3 a.m.) I try to use "search" it says it`s "too busy" to use right now-how do you get it to work??????

Hmm, which search option did you try? The old, first one or the new, second one? Which did you search for? I haven't heard of "too busy", was there more to the message?
